WHAT’S FOR BREAKFAST?


Breakfast is served as early as you would like it, but no later than 10:00 AM.  I check with all guests regarding dietary needs.  The menu includes pancakes or French Toast served with maple syrup from the Boyden Farm, farm fresh eggs from a friend who has range free happy chickens, fresh baked items from my kitchen, home fries, hot and cold cereal, fresh fruit and breakfast casseroles.  Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and juice are available at all times.  I bake all of our bread with King Arthur Flour and use as many locally grown ingredients as possible.  All of the apples and blueberries come right from this farm. It’s an all-you-can-eat, scrumptious Vermont country breakfast.  Breakfast is included in all rates, whether you stay in the Main House, the Guest House, or The Vacation Rental Apartment.
